BOWFLEX EXTREME 2 HOME GYM This machine lets you
change exercises more quickly than ever with no cable changes needed between
exercises. The Lat Tower adjusts to 2 positions and the long squat frame
adjusts to 4 positions. Over 70 quality exercises can be performed on this
model. It comes with 210 lbs of Power Rods and is upgradeable to 410 lbs.
The Extreme 2 comes with owner’s manual, poster and DVD of all exercises to
get you started right.
