Screen PrintingThurman’s Bike &
Sport has been in the team apparel business since opening shop over 20 years
ago. We have supplied uniforms and warm-ups for traveling teams, high schools
and small colleges. Uniforms can be designed using screen printing, iron-on
graphics, embroidery or tackle twill, and in many cases our uniforms will use a
combination of lettering techniques.
For a large order of 24 pieces or more, the price of screen printing and the
durability of the ink is hard to beat. We can help you with your logo and
provide color proofs so that you can see exactly what it will look like before
it goes to print. Screen printing is great for camp shirts, family reunions and
companies that want to get their name out on the street in a cost efficient
method.
For sports teams we stock the Russell brand shirts and sweats, Dodger, Wilson
and Reebok uniforms and also lesser priced shirts, shorts, sweats and uniforms
for younger teams or seasons that are short. We carry football, volleyball,
basketball, wrestling, soccer and track uniforms and warm-ups. For golf, tennis,
or for coaches we carry many samples of polo shirts and jackets that can also be
screen printed or embroidered.
Another inexpensive form of lettering that works great for quantities of one
through twenty-four shirts is iron-on graphics. With our computer software we
are capable of taking a company logo and transferring it into a format that is
then cut out with a vinyl cutter. Multiple layers and multiple colors are
possible and hard to distinguish from screen printing. Look at our samples and
you will see that your options are unlimited. This process is also great for
numbering jerseys or individual names. In the case of just needing one
additional shirt down the road, it cuts out the additional set up charges to
reprint that you would have with screen printing.
